You’ll be the go-to support for the Construction Team Leader, keeping everything organized, running smoothly, and connected. From scheduling and coordinating projects to ensuring clear communication and accurate records, you’ll be the trusted right hand that makes things possible.

What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Managing calendars, projects, and task schedules for the team.
✔️ Tracking activities, notes, and progress—and keeping the team updated daily.
✔️ Handling communication, clarifications, and distributing project reports.
✔️ Maintaining accurate records, databases, and SharePoint files.
✔️ Coordinating orders, supplies, and vendor communication.
✔️ Supporting departmental needs—timecards, payroll updates, and new hire setups.
✔️ Collaborating with other divisions to ensure smooth workflows.
✔️ Taking on additional tasks that keep the department running efficiently.
What You Bring to the Table:
✅ Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
✅ Excellent written and verbal English communication.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
✅ Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
✅ Discretion and professionalism in handling information.
