AWERTI — Ukrainian IT company that develops world-known esports & live-streaming services. We collect viewership statistics of all live broadcasts worldwide and create unique analytics.
Who we are looking for:
We are reinforcing the non-technical aspect within our company and are actively seeking an individual with a robust background in editorial and SMM. This person should be adept at editorial & social media development, proficient in articulating and defending strategies, posing challenging inquiries, and ideally, familiar with Twitch and Esports realms.
The team is working on two main projects:
* streamscharts.com — streaming analytics
* escharts.com — esports analytics
We need a person who will become our Head of Media, improve processes and help projects grow.
What will be the areas of responsibility:
* Media strategy development and implementation with a focus on further monetization (for news sections and socials);
* Devising and delivering editorial & social media strategies for all our main projects;
* Contribute to the content marketing channels, including maintaining the company’s social media and community presence;
* Work with the company’s editors to set and build toward meaningful editorial targets;
* Supervise and develop the skills of an editorial team;
* Work with our editors to craft content plans that target meaningful readership growth;
* Track and analyze site data to facilitate informed editorial decision-making;
* Manage, maintain and develop editorial processes;
* SMM team management;
* Tracking trends in the esports & streaming industry.
Pretty cool if you have:
* Understanding esports & streaming analytics metrics;
* Experience working with clients and partners on special projects;
* Experience working with email newsletters;
* More than 3 years of proven experience as Lead Editor / Head of SMM;
* Experience and understanding of SEO and content marketing;
* Fantastic presentation & reporting skills: your presentations on complex things will be understood by everyone;
* Excellent knowledge of English (C1-C2);
* Strong leadership skills and you care about what you do;
* You watch Twitch, understand the difference between LEC and LCS, and know that The Last of Us is not just a series.

What we offer:
* Now we work remotely, the standard schedule in the company is from 11.00 to 20.00 (GMT+3) on weekdays. However, our office is open for employees in Kyiv. The schedule of candidates from the US and Europe is negotiable;
* We try to keep the team structure horizontal — each person has great responsibility and room for initiative. We do not like bureaucracy and micro-control;
* 21 working days of vacation per year. We work with people for a long time, so rest is important to us;
* We do not set a limit on sick leave. We trust the people we hire;

Stages of interviews:

⇨ Defense of the test and interview with the Product Manager;
