In line with OBRIO scaling and enhancement we’re looking for UX/UI Designer who will help us cover all UI/UX growth opportunities within the team in collaboration with another designer and develop new web funnels.

What you’ll do: * Formulate and test hypotheses related to user behavior, engagement, and product performance to guide design decisions and drive improvements; * Leverage design thinking to enhance key product metrics; * Analyze user behavior data to identify pain points, needs, and opportunities for product improvements; * Continuously refine and improve the user experience by integrating user feedback, usability testing results, and data-driven insights into design iterations; * Conduct thorough design audits to assess the usability, accessibility, and effectiveness of current design solutions; * Focus on optimizing and streamlining the creation of new subscriber funnels.
About you:
To excel in this role, you possess: * Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer (2y.), with a portfolio showcasing your work and problem-solving capabilities; * Strong proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD); * Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies; * Experience with data analysis and user research techniques to inform design decisions; * Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and marketing specialists.
