We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager who will lead cross-functional technical teams and drive delivery across internal and external services. The ideal candidate has strong experience working with IT operations teams and understands how to coordinate workloads, priorities, and delivery processes in a complex technical environment.

Required Qualifications & Skills -4+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar leadership role. * roven track record of work with IT infrastructure/operations teams (DevOps, DB Engineers, System Engineers, etc.). * olid understanding of how IT operations teams function: processes, dependencies, and typical bottlenecks. * trong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * xperience with internal and external service delivery models. * bility to effectively assess team load, plan capacity, and balance priorities.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills Advantages * echnical background (not mandatory, but a strong advantage). * xperience in enterprise environments or large-scale IT projects. * nowledge or experience with: ITIL framework ISO 20000 SRE, DevOps, Platform Engineering COBIT * xperience working with or managing software development teams. * wareness on various project management methodologies like Waterfall, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, PRINCE2, etc
