That’s why, together with Hanna Panasiuk, Head of Brand at Headway Inc, we’re looking for a Marketing Strategist to lead positioning and brand development for products across our portfolio — conducting research, crafting value propositions, and building brands from scratch. About the Team Join our Brand Team where strategy drives real launches. Collaborate with Research, Growth, and Product to develop data-backed positioning, test brand hypotheses, and create messaging that connects with millions of users. This role is your calling if you: * Want to build brands from scratch — shape strategy, test hypotheses, and work in fast strategic cycles * Crave access to real market data — conduct large-scale research in the US market with quality analytics and validated insights * Love experimentation — create new approaches and set standards for brand strategy across the product ecosystem * Bridge science and business — translate behavioral economics, cognitive science, and marketing theory into brand and product decisions
What you’ll do: * Build brand foundations from scratch: develop positioning and brand platforms that shape how millions experience learning * Launch new brands: create naming, logos, and brand books for MVP projects—your work will be the first thing users see * Turn insights into strategy: gather research, apply JTBD frameworks, and craft value propositions that resonate * Track what matters: lead CEP studies, mental availability research, and brand awareness tracking * Enable growth: shape positioning and test hypotheses that drive product-led expansion
What you need to join us: * 2+ years of brand or marketing strategy experience in an agency or product company * Participated in positioning work: contributed to developing brand platforms, positioning, or value propositions * Research fluency: conducted or interpreted marketing research * Launch experience: worked with products or brands during testing/launch phases * Cross-functional collaboration: comfortable working with creative, product, and research teams; ability to give effective feedback and advocate for brand strategy * English proficiency: B1+ level or higher * Strategic thinking: understanding of brand-building principles and brand marketing fundamentals * Alignment with the team values (SELECT)
