Description We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Trainee/Junior AQA Engineer to join our team and contribute to the success of our projects in the FinTech, EdTech, and AgroTech domains.
● 6+ months of experience in automation testing; ● 6+ months of experience with Programming language Java; ● English is spoken and written at least at the upper-intermediate level or higher; ● 6+ months of experience with some tools for specific language: Java ( RestAssured (API), Playwright (UI)); ● 6+ months of experience with WEB application; ● 6+ months of experience with API application; ● Experience in writing test automation documentation; ● Knowledge of testing methodologies; ● Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Teamcity etc; ● Experience with version control systems like GitHub, GitLab, BitBucket; ● Experience with DB clients and strong knowlage of SQL; ● Understanding of client-server architecture, microservices and backend testing experience; ● Good understanding of SDLC and STLC;
Responsibilities
● Develop an automated testing approach and test scripts based on requirements-related artifacts; ● Provide automated testing coverage for assigned projects; ● Provide updates to effort estimates and status of assigned tasks; ● Communicate about and participate in improving test-automation- and/or QA-related procedures, systems, and tools; ● Be up-to-date with the main popular AQA strategies, tools, and technologies; ● Understand and meet business needs with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, reliability, and adherence to development principles and product goals; ● Collaborate with other team members and with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across geographies; ● Provide a positive, polite, and open-minded style of communication; ● Good verbal and writing English language skills
Nice to have ● ISTQB certification; ● Performance testing experience with Jmeter or similar tool; ● Experience with clouds AWS, Google Cloud, Azure; ● Experience with event streaming platforms: Kafka, Spark, Kinesis, Dataflow.
