We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist with hands-on TikTok experience to scale our effective ad spend using a new traffic source — TikTok.
Your tasks: * Develop a strategy for growing this traffic source; * Execute and iterate on the strategy; * Launch, manage and optimize TikTok advertising campaigns; * Experiment with new features, innovative formats, and ad solutions.
About you: * 2+ years of work experience; * TikTok hands-on experience; * Your English level is Upper-Intermediate+; * Great communication skills, with the ability to work in a team and ambitious.
