Your future responsibilities: * Own a portfolio of operator accounts & develop trustful and warm long-term relationships with our Customers to positively impact their loyalty and revenue growth, be a trusted partner for Customers. * Monitor performance KPIs (retention, GGR, marginality, NPS etc.) and act on opportunities for growth. * Coordinate with technical, marketing, and product teams to support clients. * Be the client’s voice inside the company, and our voice outside it. * Assist in integration journeys and proactively resolve issues and mitigate risks. * Identify & pursue upsell opportunities (e.g., new providers, features, tools, promo). * Provide data-driven insights to clients to improve their business outcomes. * Align key stakeholders & Team around outcomes.
The following skills are important to us: * 1+ year of experience in Account Management in the iGaming industry. * Strong understanding of iGaming KPIs and monetization models. * Client-focused, organized, and persuasive. * Confident working with CRM tools, dashboards, and performance data. * Experience in working with budgets, marginality, contracts, and invoices. * Fluent English. * Ability to go on business trips.
