Ciklum is looking for an Employer Branding Lead to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

About the role:
As an Employer Branding Lead, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. You will play a key role in developing and executing our employer branding strategy, driving employee engagement, and promoting our EVP.
Responsibilities: * Align the employee experience strategy with business goals * Drive employee engagement through meaningful, creative, and regular educational, social, sports, charity activities * Budget, manage, and execute in-person, hybrid, and virtual events * Coordinate sponsorships and Ciklum’s presence at conferences and industry events * Collaborate with the creative team to ensure all activities are consistently Ciklum-branded * Plan and execute internal marketing campaigns and projects, covering all tactical aspects * Negotiate terms and manage relationships with external vendors within the budget — from swag production to third-party event organizers * Build meaningful connections with the internal and external communities * Evaluate success and prepare detailed reports on conducted activities, using data and feedback to continuously improve approaches * Manage a team and collaborate with colleagues across different locations and functions
Requirements: * Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, economics, or a related field * 3+ years of experience in employer branding or marketing * Ability to engage and manage both internal stakeholders and external talent * Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple, complex projects with a high attention to detail * Strong English communication skills
