Our engineering product team is looking for a Project Manager. As a skilled professional seeking a new challenge with a passion for organization and problem-solving, you will oversee and coordinate technical projects, ensuring exceptional outcomes from initiation to successful delivery.

Requirements: * 3 + years of proven experience with IT project management. * Experience in agile development methodologies, SDLC. * Education degree in Computer science, Finances, or Business administration. * Ability to set priorities and high stress resistance.
Responsibilities: * Develop and implement project plans for multiple concurrent software releases, including identifying key milestones, deliverables, resource allocation, and timelines. * Be solution oriented * Coordinate cross-functional teams, including software engineering, BA, testing, support, devops, and stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of project objectives. * Manage project scope and changes, define budgets, evaluate potential risks and issues, and devise contingency plans. * Track, report and ensure project performance metrics such as on-time delivery, quality, and resource utilization are met. * Promote continuous improvement in project management methodologies and practices. * Foster a collaborative environment and facilitate communication within the team and with other stakeholders. * Act as product manager to design product roadmaps, facilitate product improvements, coordinate performance testing to align within product key metrics. * Coordinate customer accounts utilizing bi-weekly meetings, preparing detailed reports, organizing the delivery process for custom development projects.
Soft skills: * Strong listening and questioning abilities, with confidence in interacting with clients and stakeholders to clarify issues and present solutions. * Robust problem-solving capabilities with a focus on practical and timely solutions. * A strong focus on customer needs with the ability to manage and prioritize work in a dynamic environment. * High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data handling and analysis. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. * Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and research in the field of data analysis.
Will be a plus: * Experience in the fintech/banking domain. * Educational background in IT product design is a plus.
