We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our team — an experienced designer who can turn early ideas into direction, bring clarity to complex problems, and guide both the vision and the team toward well-crafted, meaningful products.
What you’ll do
* Help identify opportunities and shape early product ideas into clear concepts
* Design and prototype digital products from idea to implementation
* Collaborate closely with stakeholders and engineers to align design decisions with business and technical realities
* Plan and organize design work: identify tasks, assign responsibilities, and ensure progress is communicated clearly
* Support and mentor other designers, helping the team maintain a high standard of quality and efficiency
* Develop and evolve our design processes, balancing structure with flexibility
What we’re looking for
* 5+ years of experience in product design, ideally in a product company or startup environment
* Deep knowledge of Figma and a hands-on approach to design
* Strong organizational and leadership skills — you know how to coordinate work and drive it forward
* Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus)
* A practical mindset: you value results over methods, use the right tools when needed, and know when to simplify to move faster
* Strong empathy — you can think through complex multi-user scenarios and understand different roles to design solutions that truly work for people
* Solid understanding of technology — you know what’s feasible, what’s hard, and how to collaborate effectively with engineers
* Experience using AI tools, coding agents, or automation in design workflows is a big plus
* Understanding of marketing and growth principles is a plus
* Curiosity and creativity — you enjoy brainstorming and continuously finding ways to make products better
