Now we are looking for a professional Business Analyst.
You’re a great fit if you have: * 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in presale/discovery activities * Proven success working in client-facing environments in outsource/outstaff companies * Experience leading or co-owning discovery phases * Ability to thrive in ambiguity, extract clarity from fragmented inputs and guide clients through uncertainty * Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, MVP or PoC planning and early-stage project delivery strategy * Fluent English (Advanced): able to confidently facilitate discovery workshops, pre-sales and write clear project documentation
What’s important for us: * Technical understanding (APIs, architecture basics) * Presentation & storytelling for business cases * Experience in SaaS, AI tools, eCommerce domains
Responsibilities: * Engage in early-stage client conversations (pre-sales) to understand business context, pain points and success metrics * Conduct discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather and structure complex, unformed requirements * Collaborate closely with the PM and sales team to shape winning proposals, technical pitches, MVP scoping & decomposition * Translate high-level business goals into functional specs, user flows, acceptance criteria and wireframes (where needed) * Own the presale analysis scope: identify risks, assumptions, dependencies and constraints before delivery kicks in * Facilitate project scope estimates with delivery teams and ensure alignment with client expectations and business logic * Support creation of project documentation in collaboration with PMs * Document key insights, decisions and assumptions clearly and concisely for internal and external use
