At ConnectiveOne, we’re building that system — a modular, plug-and-play AI platform where every component (from agents to analytics) can be integrated into a company’s existing infrastructure. It’s already trusted by global players like Samsung and recognised by Google as one of the most forward-thinking platforms in the space.
Now, we’re scaling into the UK and EMEA, and we’re looking for someone bold: a Partner Development Manager who will help us expand and lead our partner ecosystem across the region — with the support of a dedicated team including SDRs, marketing, design, and an experienced mentor in partnerships.
This isn’t a “manage and report” type of role. It’s a chance to define how AI gets into the hands of the companies who’ll use it to change everything — support, sales, onboarding, operations. You won’t just sell the system. You’ll shape the network that spreads it.
The mission:
— Expand and deepen a portfolio of strategic partners (systems integrators, consultancies, software vendors); — Co-create and execute joint GTM plans that generate real pipeline and revenue; — Act as the voice of ConnectiveOne in the partner ecosystem — and the voice of partners back into our product and GTM teams; — Work hand-in-hand with an agile internal team (SDR, marketing, content, design, product) and under mentorship from our Head of Partnerships.
