Key Responsibilities — Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify candidates in diverse markets. — Articulate our company’s mission, values, and unique opportunities to potential candidates. — Deeply understand the nuances of our business, target markets, and value proposition to effectively communicate our employer brand. — Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates. — Co-manage the recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding. — Adapt your approach and tactics based on data and insights. — Consistently identify solutions to challenging hires through a novel and experimental approach.
Requirements — Proven experience in recruitment/headhunting, with a focus on identifying high-caliber talent. — Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner. — Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with individuals from diverse backgrounds. — High level of intellectual curiosity, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. — Proficiency in English is mandatory. — Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment. — Adaptability and a passion for embracing new technologies and innovative approaches. — Experience in the iGaming or related industry will be a plus.
