We’re hiring a UI/UX Designer to help us build the future of iGaming.
Requirements: * 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, with a focus on complex web applications * Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX processes, including problem definition, research, challenges, design decisions, and impact, not just final UI screens * Strong problem-solving mindset — the ability to analyze user needs, identify pain points, and create efficient, user-friendly solutions * Ability to balance UX and UI — designs should be both functional and visually refined * Proficiency in Figma * Experience working cross-functionally — actively listening, incorporating feedback, and collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders * Pragmatic approach to design — understanding the business context and feasibility of ideas to ensure solutions are effective, scalable, and deliver results
Responsibilities:
— Design intuitive and scalable UX/UI solutions for complex management systems — Advocate for user-centric solutions while balancing business goals, technical constraints, and practical implementation — Own the UX process — from research and wireframing to prototyping and final UI execution — Work closely with cross-functional teams to align design decisions with user needs and business objectives — Present and justify design choices with clear reasoning based on research and usability principles — Iterate quickly and efficiently, refining designs based on feedback while maintaining consistency
