Job Brief
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic B2B Events Manager to lead our event strategy and execution. This role plays a crucial part in creating and managing event experiences—both sponsored and owned—that generate high-quality business leads for Paybis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the fintech or crypto industries and a proven track record of driving event ROI and lead generation. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy aligned with Paybis’s lead generation goals and brand positioning.
* Identify, evaluate, and manage opportunities for sponsored events that target key audiences and generate qualified leads.
* Plan and execute proprietary events such as panel discussions, hackathons, and local/regional crypto meetups to engage potential clients and partners.
* Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to capture and nurture leads from events, ensuring effective follow-up and conversion.
* Manage event budgets, track expenses, and optimize cost-effectiveness to maximize ROI.
* Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, vendors, and sponsors to ensure smooth and successful event execution.
* Track, analyze, and report on event performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in event management, with at least 2 years focused on fintech or crypto industries.
* Demonstrated success in generating qualified business leads through events.
* Strong understanding of the crypto and fintech landscapes, including key players, trends, and regulatory considerations.
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive) and event management platforms.
* Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently and adapt to changing event schedules.

* Strong leadership and coordination skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and external partners.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to align events with broader business goals and lead generation objectives.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships with sponsors, vendors, and clients.
