Position Overview
You will work closely with technical teams to ensure feasibility and assist in creating high-quality presentations, proposals, and cost estimates. The ideal candidate has a strong background in IT outsourcing, software development, and pre-sales processes, along with excellent analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the team to understand client needs and craft tailored solutions.
* Conduct discovery sessions with clients to gather business and technical requirements.
* Translate business needs into high-level solution concepts, scope documents, and feature lists.
* Develop presentations, proposals, cost estimates, and technical documentation for clients.
* Collaborate with technical teams (developers, solution architects) to define the best approach for each project.
* Assist in creating Proof of Concepts (PoC) or prototypes when required.
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs.
Requirements:
Core Skills:
* 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with experience with pre-sales activities
* Strong understanding of IT outsourcing, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and delivery models (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
* Experience working with enterprise clients and custom software development projects in industries such as FinTech or Healthcare or Logistics.
* Proven experience in gathering and analyzing client requirements, preparing proposals, and assisting in the sales process.
* Strong ability to define project scope, functional requirements, and business objectives.
* Understanding of API integrations, cloud solutions, and software architectures (would be a plus).
* Experience in RFP/RFI processes and proposal development.
* Proficiency in diagramming tools (e.g., BPMN, UML, Figma, Miro).
* Proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides for presentations and Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
* Ability to estimate timeframes, costs, and resource needs for projects.
Communication & Soft Skills:
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills for client interactions.
* Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
* English Level C1 at least
* Knowledge of German/ French Language would be a plus
Education & Certifications:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
* CBAP, PMI-PBA, or other Business Analysis certifications (nice to have).
