That’s why, together with Dmytro Borzenko, Creative Marketing Team Lead at Headway Inc, we’re looking for an experienced Creative Marketing Specialist to join our team of superstars transforming the EdTech industry. What will you do: * Analyse the market, look for the pains and motivations of the target audience, monitor competitors to identify areas and solutions worth testing in time. * Based on the previous research, generate hypotheses for advertising campaigns (with a video focus) so that each creative is tested against a specific hypothesis. * Create briefs and tasks for designers, as well as requests for the team working with influencers. * Analyse the results of creatives by key metrics and use insights from them to strengthen future ideas. * Work closely with the Design Production and User Acquisition teams to turn the creative testing process into a team effort.
What do you need to join us: * Have 2+ year of experience in performance marketing (SMM, Content Producer, UGC Creator, Creative Marketing Specialist, Creative Producer). * Love to create, are well-organized, and generate bold ideas. * Have copywriting skills and can turn ideas into catchy messaging. * Understand digital marketing and believe in the power of creativity + analytics. * Have English level B2 or higher. * Alignment with the values of our team (SELECT).
