Position Overview:
As the Marketing Manager at INCHKYIV, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing communication strategies that promote our agency’s innovative services and expertise in the pharma sector. This position requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of B2B communication technologies, plus willing to dig deeper into the details of the pharmaceutical industry.
You will be responsible for enhancing the agency’s visibility and reputation through various communication channels, supporting lead generation efforts, and assisting the sales team with effective marketing materials. Your role will involve close collaboration with different departments to ensure a cohesive and impactful message is delivered across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Communication Planning: Develop and execute a communications strategy to enhance the agency’s visibility and reputation in the pharmaceutical industry and focused on promotion agency’s products and services.
Content Creation and Management: Craft compelling content for various platforms including our website, social media, press releases, and marketing materials. Ensure consistency in our agency’s voice and messaging across all channels.
Social Media Management: Oversee and grow our agency’s presence on social media platforms. Engage with our audience and foster community interactions.
Support to Lead Generators and Sales Team: Collaborate with the sales and lead generation teams to identify communication needs and develop supportive materials. Assist in developing case studies and success stories that highlight our achievements and capabilities.
Event Management and Promotion: Plan and promote webinars, workshops, and other events that showcase our agency’s expertise. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for successful event execution.
Internal Communications: Facilitate effective internal communications to ensure staff are informed and engaged with our company promotional activities.
Analytics and Reporting: Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities. Prepare regular reports on communication activities and their impact on agency growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B marketing role, as a must.
Preferable experience domains: IT services / Marketing services / Life Science marketing services would be the perfect match.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong understanding of B2B digital marketing and B2B social media strategies.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful communication campaigns.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Deep understanding and natural curiosity of modern technology, with the ability to integrate innovative tech solutions into communication strategies.
