The project involves the development of a digital platform designed to streamline the charter cargo booking process for freight forwarders. Acting as an aggregator, the solution consolidates offerings from multiple cargo aircraft operators, enabling freight forwarders to efficiently search, compare, and book air cargo charters that best match their logistics needs. The platform significantly enhances speed, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in the booking process. While business requirements and design are owned by the client, Opinov8 is fully responsible for project management, business analysis, solution architecture, and delivery. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL; * Collaborate with clients, product owners, and stakeholders to gather and define business needs and objectives; * Analyze, document, and validate business processes, user stories, and functional requirements; * Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for design and development teams; * Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, refinements, demos) and contribute to backlog grooming; * Create process flows, mockups, and wireframes to support requirement clarity; * Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure shared understanding; * Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by defining test scenarios and validating solutions against business goals; * Continuously improve requirement-gathering processes and maintain documentation in tools like Jira and Confluence.
IF YOU HAVE * 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a tech-driven environment (preferably Agile/Scrum); * Strong experience in requirements gathering, user story writing, and stakeholder management; * Ability to analyze and visualize workflows and business processes; * Solid communication and documentation skills; * Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or Figma; * Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and basic technical concepts; * A proactive mindset with a strong focus on problem-solving and business value; * Proficiency in English (Upper Intermediate level) for effective client communication.
Nice to Have: * Experience working with international clients or distributed teams * Experience working on advertising, logistics, aviation, or booking platforms * Familiarity with API documentation, SQL, or basic data analysis
