We’re currently looking for an experienced specialist in tenders and grants who can independently manage the full tender lifecycle — from opportunity identification to submission, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and ensure high-quality, competitive proposals for successful funding acquisition.
Required Skills: * 2+ years of experience as a tender/grant specialist or in a similar role * Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) * Understanding of procurement guidelines, tender procedures, and evaluation criteria of IFI-funded projects (e.g., World Bank, EBRD, EIB) and donor-funded projects (e.g., USAID, UNDР) * Experience collaborating with marketing, sales, legal and technical teams to prepare competitive tender proposals * Strong results orientation, attention to detail, and the ability to handle large volumes of information and documentation * Excellent self-management and time-management skills
Responsibilities: * Registering Redwerk on relevant grant and tender platforms * Proactively identify and monitor new international tender and funding opportunities aligned with company expertise * Analyzing tender requirements and ensuring eligibility * Prepare all necessary reporting and submission documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance * Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, legal, lead generation, finance, compliance, pre-sales, delivery, and sales departments to gather inputs and finalize proposals * Build and maintain relationships with donor organizations, IFI procurement bodies, and relevant stakeholders involved in project implementation * Manage post-award processes, including reporting, communication with donors or clients, and contract compliance * Contribute to achieving company sales targets through effective tender management and winning bids
