As our Senior Product Manager, you will be a part of the community that builds innovative solutions for real users and businesses and work with the latest technologies and frameworks. The project is focused on the design and delivery of the platform solution for one of the world’s leading creative advertising brands. The concept of the platform may be described as a cross-organization “operating system,” a centralized hub for distributed innovation. The platform will become an entry point for different target audiences keen on using their own and 3rd party digital products while contributing to the development of new applications. Skills and experience you can bring to this role! Product Champion. You are passionate about building products that customers love. New challenges do not slow you down; rather, you dive into them with a healthy “challenge accepted” attitude.
Facilitator. You easily capture business and product requirements for complex products where user experience, business processes, hardware constraints, and software integrations unite. Your exceptional soft skills, complemented by advanced communication techniques and advanced English, eliminate all barriers with international stakeholders and SMEs.
Consultant. The ability to explain technical complexity, challenges, and opportunities to stakeholders with different backgrounds is very important. You are sharp-eyed for logical gaps and unpolished design but know how to develop optimal solutions relevant to business situations.
Entrepreneur. You are commercially minded and have a strong sense of use cases that lead to commercial success. That allows you to find a “golden middle” between long-term vision and immediate business value, which is so important for evolving products and transforming businesses. Qualifications and experience: * Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; * An advanced level of English is a must; * Strong communication skills with all parties involved in a project, including clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, and intuition for appropriate communication strategies; * Ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects for stakeholders; * You are proactive and self-directed in learning; * Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills — balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and requests should be second nature to you; * You have practical experience in effective collaboration in a multicultural environment, building trust with various team members and working with distributed virtual teams; * You are the champion of excellent user experiences; * You thrive in a busy working environment.
What impact you’ll make * Hands-on scope management and project planning, including: * Business and functional analysis of the software solutions * Requirements management / creating functional specifications (incl. UML diagrams, data mappings, API specifications) * Backlog management (incl. clarification, prioritization, and estimation) * Day-to-day coordination of multi-disciplinary project teams to ensure development projects are delivered on time, according to quality levels expected by corporate standards; * Collaboration with project insiders and stakeholders to align business needs, expectations, and implementation capabilities; * As one of the key project roles contribute to the Quality Management, Risk Management, and Delivery Excellence processes and practices; * Proactive contribution to the technical and domain expertise on the corporate level (PMO and Product Management communities at Star).
