The core of our achievements is our team. That’s why, together with Yurii, Marketing Lead at Impulse, we’re looking for Email Marketing Specialist to join our team of superstars.
This job is perfect for you if you want to: * Influence the results of the #1 brain training product worldwide. You will develop the email marketing direction within Impulse and directly impact business growth. * Work in a team of motivated and expert like-minded individuals — together with the team, you will test various ideas and be able to exchange knowledge and experience with colleagues. * Utilize modern tools and approaches. Together, we will choose the most relevant and effective tools to achieve our goals.
What will you do: * Build effective email communications from scratch and see how your actions and decisions impact business results; * Generate hypotheses for improving key metrics (CR/OR/CTR, etc.), conduct and analyse A/B tests; * Create a content plan, mailing lists, campaigns, and corresponding templates; * Implement a user segmentation system for effective communication; * Monitor the infrastructure status: work on domain reputation and with spam filters, etc.
What do you need to join us: * 2+ years of experience in email marketing; * Experience working with ESP systems (for example Customer.io, Iterable, eSputnik, MailChimp, or others); * Ability to work with domain reputation, understanding of how spam filters work; * Experience in the creation of effective email sequences for various purposes; * Experience working with A/B testing and improving key metrics; * Belief that persistence, creativity, and the desire to convey the product’s value will overcome any difficulties; * English language level Upper-Intermediate or higher, because communication is a key ;) * Alignment with the values of our team (more about us — here).
